CJ: Claims of more than $10,000.00
Filing Fee: $232.14 plus summons and service fee
CS: Claims of less than $10,000.00
Filing Fee: $219.14 plus summons and service fee
Driver’s License Appeals:
Driver’s license appeals are set by assigned judges. A cash bond of $250.00 is required, as well as, an attorney interlock statement attached to the bond.
Filing Fee: $154.14 plus $250.00 cash bond
Name Changes:
Name changes are set by assigned judges and are to be published.

Foreclosures:
Orders confirming sheriff sales are set by assigned judges. Sheriff sales are held on Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. at the East Door of the Payne County Courthouse, 606 S. Husband Street, Stillwater, Oklahoma 74074. Please visit the website for the Sheriff’s Office for more information.
