Requirements for Filing an Uncontested (Waiver) Divorce:
3 copies of Petition
3 copies of an Entry of Appearance and Waiver
3 copies of a Decree of Divorce
The Court Clerk’s office does not have divorce forms (other than summons). These forms may be obtained from an attorney or paralegal service. Waivers must have been signed, acknowledged, and filed at least one (1) day after filing the petition.

Paternity – $154.14
Foreign Judgment – $135.70
Divorce with Minor Children – $252.14
Divorce without Minor Children – $252.14

Sheriff’s service of process – $50.00
Certified mail service of process – $10.00
