- Application
- Public Notice
- Proof of Posting
- Order
- 2 license cards – one goes in the file and one to the process server after Judge signs them
New Process Server – Statewide $335.70
- Good for one (1) year
- Process is the same as a new license except use statewide forms
Renewal Process Server – Statewide $200.70
- Good for three (3) years
- Same as renewal county license except use statewide forms
